100 g of the mixture contains:

Coltsfoot leaves – 40 g

Plantain leaves – 30 g

Licorice roots – 30 g

Directions for use:

Place 5 g (1 tablespoon) of the mixture in an enamel bowl, add 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover, and heat in a water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, and squeeze out the remaining mixture. Dilute the resulting infusion to 200 ml with boiled water.

Orally. Adults take 1/2 cup warm 2-3 times daily after meals. Children, depending on age, take 1 tablespoon to 1/4 cup 2-3 times daily after meals.

Shake the infusion well before use.
